There is one website with tools for domainers that I have found very useful. Estibot.com has so many different tools that can help you with all types of domaining

I pay for the Domainer Monthly plan which is $4.95 a month. The way I look at it is if I find one name a month that I sell for $20 the site has more than paid for its self. My subscription to estibot has already paid for itself many time.

The tool that I use most is the Bulk Domain Appraisal; using this tool I can enter a list of up to 100 domains and it will give me their estimated value. I do not always look at the estimated value, but the many other great metrics that estibot provides. It provides traffic, overture, ppc, cpc, wordtracker, google results, google searches, and many more.

I like to enter long list of names for sale, dropping names, and my own names to price them. It also shows you the extensions that the domain is taken in.

Overall the $5 I spend on Estibot's domainer plan has more than paid for its self. I would recommend it to others who are tired of looking through long lists for great names. If you have any questions feel free to contact me or ask them below.

Excellent post, and I, too, love using Estibot for your above stated features…BUT…I have noticed on occasion that some extensions they list as “taken”, “for sale”, or “busy” are actually available for hand registration. I don’t know how possible it would be for near real-time tracking of available extensions, but as powerful as Estibot is, I would really like to see more true extension availability. Has any other Estibot users noticed this???
