		<description>Excellent post, and I, too, love using Estibot for your above stated features...BUT...I have noticed on occasion that some extensions they list as &quot;taken&quot;, &quot;for sale&quot;, or &quot;busy&quot; are actually available for hand registration. I don&#039;t know how possible it would be for near real-time tracking of available extensions, but as powerful as Estibot is, I would really like to see more true extension availability. Has any other Estibot users noticed this???</description>
