Case Study: My WhyPark Sites Rank Well

Warning: Illegal string offset 'keywords_time' in /home1/theman37/public_html/ on line 103

I was looking at some of my rankings of my WhyPark domain names this weekend and I was really excited about how well they are doing. I have a few names on their system and the results are much better than expected. I talked about adding my names to their system months ago.  Some names I originally put them on the whypark as a pre development and I just have not had the time to build them out, other I added to see if they would rank and then I could sell them to end users.

None of the names are very competitive, but remember I have not done anything with the names and they do not have unique content. Here are a few examples

My Results Ranking 4th and I have had 2 offers to buy the name. Its curently in development This one is trying to be sold to end users it Ranks 3rd and I have had one offer to buy it Ranking 5th I am going to also be developing this name when I get the time. does not rank for its exact term but brings in long tail traffic and drives a visit or two to my main spy site and also gives it links. I really like how easy it is to build out a mini mini site like this to drive traffic and links to a main site.

While the sites have not been huge money makers, the high rankings have done a few things that without whypark would not be possible. I have had offers to buy the domain names from the sites, the ranking also increases the value of the domain to an end user and for myself it helps it get a head start on development and ranking well. With a few articles of unique content and some links I think that whypark sites could do great.

If you have domains you want to try sign up for an account today. The domain apps are easy to use and install and the support team is really first class. I will be trying to see if I can get a few more of my end user domain names to rank easily using whypark, 1 or 2 unique articles and a few links.

“While the sites have not been huge money makers”
So what’s the point. WhyPark gets you ranked and ranked is better than rich?

Its been a great way to get sites ranked before development. Of course rich is better but ranked is better that nothing and the rankings can lead to sales with little to no work on my end. I will take that any day.

Keep up the good work and ignore Owen.

He’s on a brown-nosing rampage against parking companies because of

You probably make 10x as much as any of Owen’s domains…

Remember “”? Lol, yes that was one of his gems.

    1) SL- I operate one of the highest performing domains in all of parking so give it a rest.

    2) Comment wasn’t meant as an insult. Brian is a hero to me (I did anoint him one of domaining’s most fascinating people for 2010 didn’t I). Brian’s answer is right on the $ too- great way to test before development especially since whypark is FREE.

    btw, is available :)

I have the same experience. Some of my names rank well…top 5, first page. Problem is the click don’t pay much. Still made $100 for the past year…better than nothing especially for a newbie. I do enjoy WhyPark. If you are new…I suggest you build something on your own to try to monetize. Good luck and have a great day!

    Teen Domainer,

Which features did you use on WhyPark to get ranked so highly? Did you just use their free stuff? I am new to the domain world and am thinking about using them. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Monetizing your domain isn’t that hard but you need alot of time to develop it’s full potential . Achieving that on your own would be best because otherwise it can cost you alot of money that you probably don’t have , not just yet .
